Couples Retreat Assessment — Vallarta Vitality

October 10–17, 2026 — Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

Some journeys are meant
to be taken

together.

The most profound work a couple can do isn't fixing what's broken — it's creating the conditions for something deeper to emerge. Shared breathwork, guided reflection, and optional plant medicine experiences offer a rare opportunity to meet each other in an entirely new way.

This retreat isn't about being in crisis. It's about choosing each other — consciously, intentionally, and with the full weight of what that means.

Our nine-question assessment helps us understand where you are as a couple and whether this experience is the right fit. It takes about three minutes and is reviewed privately by our team.

Your answers are reviewed privately by our team.
